PHYSICAL PREPARATION

IMPROVE YOUR BODY TO BE BETTER

Athletic work has taken on a fundamental dimension in the search for performance. My physical preparation therefore aims

to optimize the athletic qualities of the athletes I support, so that they perform better and achieve their physical goals. Also, it all depends on what you are looking for. What are your physical needs? What is your goal?           

            

Recurring / Daily : Support that allows the athlete to better manage training loads and their daily life by optimizing all of their physical qualities.

Development of a physical skill: Targeted work on a specific physical quality of the athlete: strong point or weak point.

Recovery: Implementation of recovery techniques in order to optimize the recovery (essential to the activity) of the athlete following an injury, a heavy load, during training and/or competition.

Performance research: Careful and targeted preparation allowing the athlete to raise their level of performance.

Re-athleticization: In collaboration with the physiotherapist, the doctor, and possibly the staff, implementation of an ordered schedule of sports sessions allowing the athlete to regain a level of fitness necessary for practice and to avoid a risk of relapse or injury.
